Banning talk on polar bears?

What the hell is this about? Does Bush's Administation somehow think if they don't allow the scientists to discuss it when traveling, then it won't be true? WTF?? OH That's right, they don't think global warming exists! This would almost lead you to wonder what other stuff they would love to put a "Gag" order on.
